7-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to Prasutagus Pro or Premium and decide within 7 days of your initial purchase that the platform isn't right for you, we will refund your payment in full. No questions, no hoops to jump through.
How to claim a refund
Email us at hello@prasutagus.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Include the email address you used to sign up.
We will process your refund within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account — this is out of our hands, but we will confirm the refund has been issued on our end straight away.
You do not need to explain your reason or jump through any approval process. If you are within the 7-day window, you get the refund.
Free plan
The free plan has no charge, so there is nothing to refund. You can use it indefinitely without entering payment details.
After the 7-day window
Subscription payments after the initial 7-day window are not eligible for refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation stops future charges and you retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will investigate promptly. Genuine billing errors are always corrected regardless of the time elapsed.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are covered by the same 7-day money-back guarantee. If you subscribe to an annual plan and cancel within 7 days, you will receive a full refund of the annual payment. After 7 days, the annual payment is non-refundable, but you retain access for the remainder of the annual period.
