1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using Prasutagus (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Service. "Prasutagus", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the company operating this platform.

2. Service description

Prasutagus is an AI-powered platform for digital product creators. It provides tools including AI chat, prompt building, product research, competitor analysis, image generation, video creation, and related features (collectively, the "Service").

We provide the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be available without interruption. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Prasutagus for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create or distribute illegal content, including content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Generate content that is defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit in a harmful context, or intended to harass or harm others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or replicate the Service's core functionality.
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Service to generate spam, phishing content, or misleading advertising.
• Share account credentials or circumvent usage limits on the free plan.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion. Where the violation is serious or repeated, we may do so without prior notice.

4. Intellectual property

Your content, your rights. On paid plans (Pro and Premium), you retain full ownership of the outputs you create using Prasutagus — ebooks, images, prompt packs, videos, and any other content generated through the Service. You may sell, distribute, or otherwise use these outputs commercially without paying royalties or licensing fees to us.

On the free plan, outputs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Our platform. Prasutagus, its codebase, design, brand, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. These terms do not grant you any licence to use our name, logo, or technology outside of using the Service as intended.

Input data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any text, images, or other content you upload or provide as input to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your inputs.

5. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on the option you select. Prices are displayed clearly on the pricing page before you subscribe. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed via our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

If a payment fails, we will notify you and give you a reasonable window to update your payment details before downgrading your account to the free plan.

6. Cancellation and refunds

7-day money-back guarantee. If you subscribe to a paid plan and decide within 7 days of your initial purchase that Prasutagus isn't right for you, contact us at hello@prasutagus.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

After 7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges; you retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prasutagus and its team members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim. If you are on the free plan, our liability is limited to £100 / $100.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you don't agree with the updated terms, you can cancel your account before the changes take effect.
